We offer fresh vegetables, customizable vegetable boxes, flowers, eggs, coffee, and other products available through our store.

Because many of our products are fresh and seasonal, availability, size, colour, appearance, and selection may naturally vary.

3. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding a suitable replacement or alternative solution.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown where applicable.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that the information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel an order where necessary, including because of product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, incorrect information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Delivery

We provide delivery services to eligible locations in and around our service area. Delivery schedules may vary because of weather, traffic, road conditions, product availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible after an order has been prepared or packed, particularly for fresh and perishable products.

8. Returns and Refunds

Because many of our products are fresh and perishable, returns may not generally be accepted.

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us promptly. Our separate Return & Refund Policy explains the process for requesting a refund, replacement, or store credit.

9. Payments

You agree to provide accurate payment information when placing an order. Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on The Mobile Carrot website, including our text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and branding, belongs to The Mobile Carrot or its respective owners and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
